A bit more about Drew
Drew joined Cadwell Law Firm in August 2021. His practice includes general litigation with an emphasis on employment, contract, and real property disputes as well as transactional work concerning contracts, real property, and business organization. He also serves on the South Dakota Civil Pattern Jury Instructions Bar Committee. Drew is licensed to practice in the State of South Dakota and the U.S. District for the District of South Dakota.
Originally from Rapid City, Drew has lived on the eastern side of the state since 2013. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, graduating magna cum laude in 2017. He then earned his law degree from what is now called the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, graduating cum laude in May of 2020. During law school, he served as the Vice President of the Moot Court Board.
Prior to joining Cadwell Law Ffirm, Drew served as a law clerk for the twelve honorable Judges of South Dakota’s Second Judicial Circuit.
Outside of work, Drew and his wife, Victoria, enjoy spending time with their dogs and friends. Drew also enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and hiking.
