Who we are
Cadwell is a full-service law firm, featuring a deep bench of trial lawyers and attorneys who focus on a number of sophisticated commercial and transactional matters. Since our founding in 1891, we have been a staple in the local and regional legal community. We were a founding member of the Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce in 1907 and have had close ties with the business community ever since.
We specialize in both civil and business legal matters. The breadth and depth of our experience in actual civil trials and appeals is a matter of public record.
