A bit more about Brett
Brett Lovrien commenced practicing in Sioux Falls, SD, in 1994 with the office of Parliman and Parliman. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa School of Law, and the majority of his practice has focused on civil matters. In 2004, Brett joined the firm of Cadwell Sanford Deibert & Garry. His practice consists of transactional matters and litigation with an emphasis on business and health law.
Brett’s practice in the medical field has consisted exclusively of representing physicians and physician groups.
Such representation has ranged from non-compete disputes to practice organization and compliance issues. He is a member of the ABA Health Law Section and works extensively with numerous physicians in the area.
In his business law practice, Brett has assisted in the areas of business organization and development. This practice includes all aspects of business development with an emphasis on real estate. He also does work in estate planning and business transition.
Brett is happily married and the proud father of three wonderful daughters. He enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family. Brett is also a longtime member of the United Day Care Board and has been the chairperson on the daycare board for roughly 10 years. He enjoys hunting, biking, and joining his family in any number of activities in which they participate.
