A bit more about Alex
Alex joined Cadwell Law Firm in August 2011 after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Roger L. Wollman of the Eighth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals. Alex concentrates primarily in civil and commercial litigation and appellate work and also has a growing transactional practice. He has been selected by Super Lawyers to the Great Plains Rising Stars list in 2018–2022.
Alex has appeared in state and federal courts in a wide range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, non-compete and intellectual property disputes, qui tam litigation, creditor and debtor claims, UCC claims, trust and fiduciary litigation, and partnership and entity disputes.
He also has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases and pursuing and defending claims of products liability and professional liability. Alex routinely partners with other law firms in cases that are venued in federal and state courts in South Dakota.
