Scott Perrenoud joined Cadwell Law Firm in 1997 and has been a full partner since 1999. Scott’s 25-plus-year career in private practice has emphasized business law. He represents individuals and businesses in a wide variety of industries, such as banking transactions (including credit and prepaid card programs), real estate development, and a wide variety of commercial transactions, including buying and selling businesses.

Scott also assists bank and other lenders in structuring secured loans, resolving distressed loans, and facilitating bankruptcy proceedings. With the growing success of Cadwell’s clients, he finds himself increasingly helping business owners in a variety of areas, including business and estate planning.

He concentrates his pro-bono efforts primarily in the areas of Christian education, other Christian causes, and affordable housing. Scott has also been a presenter at seminars sponsored by the State Bar and other organizations.
